We’ve released a new resource that compiles helpful readings and tools for educators engaging in deep, reflective identity work prior to and during the school design process.
There is a growing awareness about the need to design schools with communities—not for them. This list of resources—some practical, some theory-based—can set educators on a thoughtful path toward school design work that is community-based and rooted in equity from the start.
We encourage folks to peruse these tools and readings, and continue exploring how their school design team might leverage thoughtful, equity-based frameworks and mindsets throughout their efforts.
