Jack works as the Director of Student Services at Neighborhood House Charter School (NHCS) in Dorchester, MA, where he also resides. After graduating from Westfield State University with a Bachelors of Science in Special Education, he began at NHCS in 2017 as a 4th grade Special Education Teacher. The following school year, Jack joined the Founding Educator team for NHCS’ inaugural launch of their High School. He later transitioned to an administrator role in 2020 as the High School’s Special Education Coordinator. He was promoted again in 2023 to his current Director of Student Services position.
Jack’s education philosophy is rooted in the principle that students do well if they can. This guides how he approaches this work, keeping the social emotional well-being of students and their unique learning needs at the forefront, paired with a practical understanding that meaningful coaching and support for Educators is instrumental to the academic achievement and post secondary success for young people.
