Kori Alston is a leader and educator from Western Massachusetts. He is currently the principal at Veritas Prep High School (VPHS), a new and growing early-college high school in Springfield, MA. Before stepping into the principal role, Kori served as the Dean of Early College at VPHS.  He previously worked for the Talent and Recruitment team at Uncommon Schools in NYC. Outside of his work as an educator, Kori is a committed husband and father, as well as a poet and a playwright. He is passionate about building institutions that reflect and serve students of color in Western Massachusetts.
