Patrick White is the High School Principal at Codman Academy Charter Public School located in Dorchester, MA. Patrick is a proud North Carolina State University Alum with Bachelor’s Degrees in Chemistry and Applied Mathematics. Patrick started his work in education as a 2011 Teach for America Corps Member in Bridgeport, Connecticut where he taught 9th Grade Algebra 1 and coached a FIRST Robotics Team at Warren Harding High School. Inspired by his time as a Corps Member, Patrick completed his Master’s Degree in Technology, Innovation, and Education from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2015. He put that degree to work as a Director of Curriculum and Instruction for an innovative blended learning initiative at Match Education before joining the Codman Academy crew in 2017. While at Codman, he developed a strong expertise in math and science instruction as a STEM Instructional Coach and Director of STEM before becoming Principal. 

Outside of work, Patrick can be found enjoying family time at his home in Hyde Park with his husband, young daughter, and demanding pets. For fun, Patrick loves swimming at his local YMCA, practicing yoga, and playing the latest installment of Final Fantasy.
